1 General Overview

4 Account Security & Password

5 Account Suspension & Closure

adad7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Self-exclusion activated at the user's request.

6 Deposits

Deposits on adad7 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposit transactions are generally reflected in your account instantly.

You must deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be rejected and the funds may be held pending a full investigation.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may take longer during identity verification or security checks.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

8 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at adad7, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳31,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

9 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used for the purpose for which it was given — it cannot be used for any other purpose.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
• adad7 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games or game categories — please check the specific terms of each offer.

10 VIP Program

The adad7 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tiers are advanced through continued active play. adad7 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

11 Fair Play Policy

adad7 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. All games available on the platform are provided by certified software providers whose game engines operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting software errors or bugs.
• Playing using bots or automated tools.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized interference with the platform's technical infrastructure.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

12 Technical Errors & Disruptions

13 Sports Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special circumstances).
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a display or technical error, adad7 reserves the right to void that bet.
